Our standard class designed for riders to experience a full-body workout to the beat of the music within 60 minutes. By using micro-movements, various BPMs, and weights, you’re guaranteed a full-body sweat.

Classes are 50 or 60 minutes depending on the schedule.

Our heavy class challenges your mental and physical strength while focusing on micro-movements, hills, and climbs to the beat of the music. As you gradually build your resistance and isolations during short and intense sprints, you can guarantee a spike in your heart rate.
