In my classes, you’ll always hear lots of techno, house, and EDM, with a little bit of everything else in the mix. I just love a heavy beat and anything that makes me want to dance!!!

For me, a balanced life through fitness is all about deeply connecting with what my mind and body need, and allowing space for it to look different every single day.

What kind of vibe do you create during your class?

My classes are all about being reminded of your own strength and pushing yourself to grow, while also having lots of fun! I want riders to be able to disconnect from the outside world and feel grounded by music, movement, and community, so that you can walk out with a quieter, clearer mind. Guaranteed high energy and good vibes, with so much sweat, and woo’s to last for days!
