What is your mantra?

Half party, half therapy
2

What kind of music can we expect to hear?

It’s probably a mix of late-night Pizza Corner energy and sunrise Point Pleasant calm. Somewhere between a throwback dance party and a deep breath you didn’t know you needed.

What’s on repeat on your playlist right now?

What does living a balanced life through fitness look and feel like to you?

I think seeking balance is important. For me — yes, it’s about pushing hard — but it’s also about taking time to slow down, breathe, and reflect on the journey we’ve just ridden through. That’s why in my class, you’ll often hear me say, “Take a deep breath in through the nose, and exhale through the mouth.” Sometimes we’re so focused on moving forward, we forget to pause and simply breathe.

What kind of vibe do you create within your class?

It’s the vibe that’s both powerful and personal. The room is high-energy when it needs to be, but also safe and grounded. You can close your eyes, feel the music, and feel yourself. You show up, move with intention and leave the class feeling a bit more connected to yourself. And love yourself too!
