All types! I love a variety of genres and music styles, but I am always a sucker for a good beat drop! I love bringing different styles together to hit different vibes throughout the ride.

What does living a balanced life through fitness look and feel like to you?

Always listening to your body, some days are harder than others and I always try to spend the first track of a ride checking in with myself and how my body is feeling. Finding balance for me doesn’t mean not challenging myself, but rather listening to my body for what the right challenge is at that moment.

What kind of vibe do you create within your class?

I try to create a fun, encouraging, and intentional space. I like to find the balance between being able to laugh and not take things too seriously, while also creating a ride that is challenging and gets the room sweating!
