What kind of music can we expect to hear in your class?

In my class, you’ll most likely get some pop music mixed with some lighter EDM. It ranges from Taylor Swift, Latin pop, to Odesza, various pop remixes and throwbacks like Elton John or ABBA. But not all in one playlist of course 😉

What does living a balanced life through fitness look like & mean to you?

My fitness journey has been all over the place throughout the past years ranging from a narrow point of view, to a somewhat broader perspective. I used to be very fixed on a fitness routine and thought of it as such. Present day fitness to me is far from a routine. It is an aspect of your life that encompasses so much more than the physical. It consists of mental, nutritional balance that contributes to the physical feeling. Fitness can (and will) change day to day, week to week, monthly, yearly, and it will have its highs and lows just like anything else in our lives.

What kind of vibe do you create during your class?

I want everyone to feel their best, empowered, strong as hell, and badass during my class- whatever that means for them that day. I want riders to feel like they can meet themselves where they are at since this is the time they are choosing to take for themselves that day. You can expect a fun, light vibe, lots of smiles and the occasional pun and dad joke that pushes you to grow from where you are.
