What kind of music can we expect to hear in your class?
I tend to gravitate towards light rap (Drake, Kanye, Nicki etc.,) but my guilty pleasure is pop. I typically have a mix of both genres, to keep the intensity through EDM and Rap, but have a few bangers in there where we can sing along and have some fun.

What does living a balanced life through fitness look like & mean to you?
Fitness goes so much deeper than health for me. As a physiotherapist and a fitness instructor I feel as though fitness is so intertwined in my identity. It is my clarity, and my break from the world. Balance also means knowing when having a lazy day with your dog is more important than that workout.
What is your class like as a GIF?
What kind of vibe do you create during your class?
I want to create a vibe where everyone is comfortable to show up, put some work in and leave feeling accomplished. My classes are going to be quick, but attainable. Each rider is at a different point in their fitness journey, and I want to help progress each one to their next step. Let’s show up for the grind, have a few laughs along the way; and most importantly, not take ourselves too seriously.
