What does living a balanced life through fitness look like & mean to you?
Fitness and movement are my way of pouring back into myself and connecting with my body. Whether it is spinning, going to yoga, trying new HIIT workouts, or lifting weights, movement fuels my body, mind, and soul through all the ebbs and flows. It is also a very important part of a balanced lifestyle that helps me focus on my mental and physical health and well-being.

My classes are full of sass, attitude, power, and strength, while riding to incredible music. I’ll be your hype girl, and will always cheer you on!
Through this, I’d love to create moments of empowerment for our diverse community in this inclusive and safe space to fuel up their days, meet their intentions for every class, and step into each milestone of their fitness journey. Riders of all backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels will find my classes vibey and full of different types of challenges, with a balance between speed and dial-focused movements.
